Seamless Recruitment with Camox: How It Works
Partnering with Camox Philippines, Inc. for your recruitment needs is a seamless process designed to ensure compliance, efficiency, and success. Our comprehensive approach helps you find the best talent while adhering to all legal requirements. Below are the typical steps to partner with us and recruit candidates.
Recruitment Service Agreement (RSA)
The process begins with Camox understanding the requirements of the Client and based on those requirements drafting a Recruitment Service Agreement (RSA) which lists down all the roles, responsibilities and costs for both parties ensuring clarity and mutual understanding from the outset.
Client Accreditation
Before Camox can source any candidates for the Client, the Client must be accredited with Camox at the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) as per the laws of the Philippines government. The Camox Marketing team assists the Client with the entire accreditation process which includes preparing a set of documents which need to be submitted at the Philippines embassy in the country of the Client post which the documents are submitted to the DMW in the Philippines for final verification.
Candidate Sourcing
Once the accreditation is completed, Camox sources candidates for the client using multiple physical and virtual sourcing tools, conducts the initial screening of the candidates and sends the shortlisted candidates CVs to the Client for review.
Candidate Review and Interviews
The client decides which candidates should be interviewed post which virtual or in-person interviews between the Client and shortlisted candidates are conducted. Candidates who pass the interview are provided offer letters.
Medical, Document Processing & Training
The candidates who accept the offer letter are sent for a pre-medical exam to ensure that they are medically fit. All their documents required as part of their work permits and professional recognitions process are collected and prepared. If the candidate needs to complete are trainings and/or exams as part of the application process then they complete those as well. Simultaneously, the Client applies for the work permit of the candidates and completes any formalities in the destination country.
Visa Application
Once the candidate is ready for their visa application, Camox assists the candidate for their visa application at the responsible embassy.
Pre-Departure Formalities
Post receiving the visa, Camox completes all DMW related pre-departure formalities for the candidates to ensure their legal exit from the Philippines.
Deployment
With the candidate ready to depart, flight tickets are purchased and Camox completes the final briefing for the candidate prior to their departure.
