About HSW
Our newest team, the HSW team, specialises in providing manpower that works in people's houses. With more women working outside their homes and ageing populations in need of quality long-term care, HSW aims to provide professional staff to fill these gaps.
What We Do
Given the sensitive nature of people working in households, the HSW team is specially trained to source, vet, train, process and provide continuous support even once the candidate is deployed. The two most important points that highlight the services provided by this team are the training provided to candidates prior to their deployment and the continuous welfare monitoring of the candidates once they are deployed.
